Hello Hanna

For those of you who are wondering, we faired pretty well after Hanna blew her way through here. The winds were blowing, but nothing to be really concerned about and although we did get a lot of rain most of the flooding has been localized and mostly around the streams and rivers. A few roads are closed but overall she took it easy on us here in NC. As you can see we got about 4 1/2 inches of rain over a 24 hour persiod. It was probably closer to 12 hours but the begining and end added a couple of hours each way of gentle rain which probably added a little to the total. We were dry here but not so dry that the ground couldn't handle the rain. So thanks all of you for your concern, Now just give us a little prayer that the next two either don't come our way or are just as easy on us.
