The mother is the carmel colored one. She belongs to Brandon but he is being nice and sharing her with Sophia. He has named her Shiny. The carmel colored one with the white stripe across her back is Bones. She belongs to Ryan. Justin's is the white one with carmel speckles all over her fur. He has named her Zeus.
The boys have been begging for hamsters for a while now and we have always found a reason to put it off just a little longer. Well yesterday we finally gave in and bought them some. We had planned on buying 2, one for each of the older boys. When we realized that the two baby hamsters were there with their mother Brandon automatically assumed that she would be his. He even got upset when he realized he didn't have the money from his piggy when we told the boys they would have to pay for the hamsters themselves (we bought all the supplies and we had the tank). How was I supposed to leave her behind and tell Brandon he couldn't have her. So we ended up with three instead.
This should be fun!
There adorable! Reminds me of my Gus Gus he lived for years (although we thought he died twice and actually began to bury him, ask me about that condition later) I have to see if I still have my hamster ball! Hours of amusement! They are so lovable if you handle them a lot and they love yogurt drops!!!!
